Skill requirements :
- .Net developer (7 years)
- K2 developer 2003 (4 years)
- VB .Net developer (4 years)
- Windows sharepoint portal server (3 years)

Preferred :
SAP (1 year)

Work experience requirements :
- Team leader (2 years)
- Analyzing business processes (2 years)
- Building workflow processes (4 years)

Job Description :
You will be the team leader developing workflow processes for a large distributed company. There will be a number of teams that you will work with.You will report to the project manager implementing workflow in the company. You will be expected to take the analysis (provide) and design, test and implement the process according to the company standards and policies. Assist the junior team member in solving challenges, allocated the work and monitor the progess.
